Josephine County Bail Information The Courts will accept cash only. Checks and credit cards cannot be accepted at the courts. During normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., bail may be posted at the Accounting Office for the Josephine County Courts. They are located on the 2nd floor of the Courthouse, on the corner of 6th & C Streets. Bail can also be posted by TouchPay (www.home.touchpaydirect.net) when the courts are closed; any time of day. TouchPay accepts Visa/MasterCard credit cards and debit cards with Visa/MasterCard logo, cash in the jail lobby kiosk or check & credit card by phone. Convenience fees apply.
