This report and Luminosity’s recommendations (this is a business/consulting group out of St. Pete, Florida) are all about growing Pre-Trial Services, in Mecklenburg County and it fairly much follows the recommendations of the National Association of Pre-Trial Services Agencies (NAPSA).
