Southern Arizona's Most wanted. The U.S. Marshals Service needs your help in finding 29-year-old Rocio Avila. According to officers Avila is wanted for absconding from pre-trial release. Police say she was arrested on July 12, 2007 at the Deconcini Port of Entry. According to officers she was driving a vehicle that contained 13 kilos of cocaine hidden in the dash. After her arrest police say she failed to appear for her court hearings, removed her electronic tracking device and hasn’t been seen since. Avila has ties to the Tucson and may still be in the area.
