Wanted Fugitive Picked up in Lexington Park by Bail Bondsman

On December 31, 2009 at 3:13 p.m., TFC C. M. Evans responded to the Leonardtown Barracks to assume custody of Shannon Marie Baker, 22 of Lexington Park, who was wanted through Dallas County, Texas for Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance.

Baker was brought to the Leonardtown Barracks by a Bail Bondsman who stated she had an outstanding warrant in Texas. A NCIC request was made and confirmed that there was an outstanding warrant.

She was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
