Two South Carolina bail bond agents on a mission to catch a client who fled to Anniston, Ala. For hours, they sat in a cemetery using the flowers to pretend they were visiting a loved one while they spied on the white house a few miles away. But Polk and his nephew's actions as well as that of many of the state's bail agents put them at odds with the man whose office is responsible for regulating them. Willie Seawright, licensing coordinator for the State Department of Insurance in Columbia, said Polk and other agents don't have the right to go into another state to make an arrest.
